The quality of your life is determinant on how many memories you create from moments
Each day lived has a distinct vibration making a unique imprint on your consciousness... make the most of the seemingly insignificant parts
Life is nothing but a collection of moments and memories.
Have you ever noticed how each day has a distinct “vibe” — even if you aren’t doing anything particularly exciting?
As long as we’re in human form, we will always need a routine. Monotony, in some form, is inescapable.
We can’t just dismiss the trivial and repetitive aspects of our lives — going to work, making food, brushing our teeth, doing laundry, etc — as being wasteful and unimportant.
What if they’re actually the most important?
What if we can learn to find a deeper awareness within as we do these things? What if these are the moments where, with the brain sort of “turned off,” epiphanies and realizations are trying to bleed through?
Even so, we can still become expanded during the menial parts of our days and during the boring, uneventful days themselves by enjoying the miracle of simply being alive.
Making moments matter & meaningful
Time is an illusion, so our perception of any given ‘moment’ is dictated by its content, not its length. Content dictates duration.
We remain stuck in unconscious ‘doing’ when we become relegated to living on autopilot as mechanical robots — going through motions without realizing we’re going through the motions.
In so doing we sink back into a slumber.
This is normal and it is part of being in a human body. It’ okay. However, if you can train yourself to send a mental signal whenever this happens, you can snap yourself out of it, and step back into conscious living.
Living into consciousness means leaning deeply into the ever-present NOW moment, with intention, by recognizing the utter and profound wonder of your very existence… by embracing the miracle that is life. In so doing you awaken to higher levels.
Life is really short
Ask any NDEr, elder laying on their deathbed, or wise old sage and they’ll ALL tell you: life goes quick, and life is short (even though it seems long and slow during each individual day).
From a higher level and in researching hundreds of NDE accounts, I can tell you that at the moment of death — when you depart from this EARTH STAGE — it will feel as though you were embodied for a single millisecond of time, a blink of an eye.
Life isn’t about capturing the inevitable fleetingness of every passing second; but easing into the passage of time while recognizing that life is fleeting, and then riding the wave.
“𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐦. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞; 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.”
As we age, time also speeds up. So life begins to escape us… or so it feels.
Now, I’m only 30 years old now — hopefully still in the first trimester of my life. But I have noticed that since I turned 18 or so, the perception of time has sped up and time has felt like it’s “slipped away.”
I look back and feel like I was just 21, celebrating my birthday. I can recall my college graduation perfectly at 22. I recall so many things like they were yesterday but which happened 3 or 4 years ago.
Then, I had my pivotal spiritual awakening in 2018, and time started evaporating totally. I noticed I was packing WAY MORE work, knowledge-gathering and maturing into my time than ever before — measuring my life not by how much time had passed but by what I was doing IN that time.
I also started recognizing the miracle of being alive more than ever.
In truth, life is neither a hundred years nor a single moment — but rather an experience of existence meant to generate a multitude of impressions on your Soul.
Use life in all its glory to garner as much conscious density as you possibly can… making the most of each moment, creating a memory at every opportunity, and flowing with (not fighting against) time. ◾
